Billing |
Once you have submitted an item for purchase, it will be verified in stock. Since
every item in our store is available for public display in our Houston store, it is
possible that your painting may no longer be available (But not likely). The painting will
then be prepared for shipping. Once the credit card has been verified your painting will
be shipped and you will receive a verification e-mail to inform you of the charge. This
may take up to 4 days. Your painting should be delivered within 2 - 5 days. Any billing

Preparation |
Every painting on display has been checked before being displayed for sale. Damaged
items can be found at the sale page (coming soon). Your frame is inspected before being
packed for shipping, If noticeable defects are found, your frame will be replaced with a
exact match. You will receive your painting "Ready-To-Hang", the proper gauge of
hanging wire is attached to the back before packing. |

Shipping |
Original Oils & Oils By Martha ship through Various Freight
Companies and occasionally USPS within a week of your purchase date. Due to the size of
these paintings, most of the larger ones can not delivered to your door unless you wish to
pay an additional shipping charge. We can check on the pricing for you ahead of time if
you would like to request this service. Prices for shipping range from $20 to
$185 in the
continental United States. The actual price depends on the weight of the
painting size of the painting, your location, type of delivery and so on.
All chipping prices can be calculated before purchase should you desire
it. Please email us for more instructions. International orders are currently not being
accepted for FRAMED art, only rolled cancas. All orders can be picked up at our
Houston location on Friday - Monday, after order confirmation, and if specially

Returns |
Your satisfaction is guaranteed or you get a full and complete refund of the price of
the painting (excluding any shipping fees) as long as the following conditions are met.

Item must be shipped in the original packing. |

Shipping must be paid by the purchaser, NO COD's will
be accepted. |

Insurance must be purchased for any returned
merchandise (or it will not be accepted) |

The merchandise must be postmarked no later than 30
days from date of purchase. |

A copy of the receipt must accompany any returned
painting. |

YOU MUST NOTIFY US BEFOREHAND on any
returns. |
All merchandise is refundable up to 30 days from the purchase date. There is NO
restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any Return or
